My mom, Ally and I saw New Moon opening weekend and it was SO good! I loved every minute of it. I've read all the books and although New Moon wasn't my favorite book, the movie lived up to all the hype. I found myself rooting for Jacob in this installment. (Edward had my vote in the first movie). I'm dying to see it again! Anyone want to go with me? ;)

BYU Football

Going to BYU football games is a long standing tradition in my family.
For as long as I can remember, we've made our way down to Provo several times during the football season. We eat at the same burger joint before the game (which is the best ever!) and then get to our seats to watch Cougar football.
On Saturday the tradition continued.
We went down to Provo to watch BYU take on Air Force. The day was perfect for watching football but at halftime the wind started to pick up. Luckily the weatherman was wrong and it did not snow. Ally and I kept warm most of the game with our hot chocolate BYU mugs but with a few minutes to spare in the 4th, we headed out.
It was a good game, the Cougs beat the Falcons 38-21.
Next week is the big one... Utah vs BYU and you can bet we'll be there mugs and all.

First Snowfall

Saturday morning I woke up to snow! My little tree in the backyard has nearly lost all its' leaves, except for a few clinging to the branches. I'm not ready for a ton of snow but a few snowflakes are perfect.
